Food safe refers to the concept of how well a product holds up against germs and all that food brings with it. Food safe products are meant to withhold long term use and is completely sealed from trapping possible germs. It refers to the ability to withhold continuous washing throughout the year.

What is your return policy?
Unless a product breaks due to a structural issue such as a handle breaking straight off or something beyond just user error, once a product is shipped, it is on the buyer. I make 100% sure to heavily wrap my products (more than enough) to survive the mail carrier service. However, if it comes broken, send me a picture of your broken product 100% in its ORIGINAL PACKAGING, and I will offer a refund.

What about shipping and handling?
I do ship, although ceramics can be expensive to ship. If you decide to ship, prices are calculated in your cart during purchasing. I tend to do local work, and makes it much easier to avoid extraneous costs. If you are local, it mostly will involve a possible drop off. No contact necessary. This will be discussed after purchasing.

How do commissions work?
Feel free to fill out the contact form and explain all details about your possible commission piece. Depending on what is asked/needed, pricing varies and is dependent upon artist hours, materials (especially if I need to buy specific materials), and size. Commissions are more of a conversation to begin with.

What is "seconds"?
Seconds refers to pieces that are still functionally fine, but have suffered a visual issue, such as runny glaze, chipped edges, etc. This essentially means second hand and work just as well. Many of these pieces are priced accordingly.

When do you sell in person?
This is very dependent upon schedule and stock. I try to go to many shows in a year, and these will be updated on my events tab. Stay tuned for the updated events. I sell in Colorado.
